Where Technology Meets Care: Website Design for Charco Neurotech

Web Development | UX Design | SEO & CRO Management | Performance Marketing

Working with Charco Neurotech meant translating groundbreaking medical innovation into a digital experience that feels human. Our approach was to design a website that not only informs but also empowers—mirroring Charco’s mission to improve lives through technology.

Opportunity

Charco Neurotech, a Cambridge-based medtech startup, needed a website that reflected the serious innovation behind their Parkinson’s technology.

While rooted in complex science and clinical evidence, their existing site felt too playful and didn’t convey the professionalism or trust required for a serious medical audience and potential clinical partners.

The goal:  to create a digital presence that balanced approachability with authority and showcased their innovation, efficacy, and user-centric designs.

Our Solution

RANCH worked with Charco to design and build a new website centered around the ethos: "simple on the surface, with a wealth of information underneath."

The revamped site delivers a clean, intuitive user experience that invites curiosity while offering deep insights for clinicians, patients, and stakeholders.

Key Features

  • Visually appealing yet trust-building aesthetic: friendly and approachable design elements, grounded in a corporate tone.

  • A welcoming homepage that quickly introduces their CUE Device—its purpose, impact, and benefits.

Defining Growth

The new website puts Charco Neurotech’s mission front and center—bringing back smiles for people with Parkinson's—while reinforcing the scientific credibility and user-first innovation behind the CUE1.

Visitors are welcomed with clarity and can effortlessly navigate from overview to finer details, making the content both emotionally resonant and clinically credible.

Turning Innovation Into Impact

.

With RANCH’s redesign, Charco now has an online platform that does more than explain—it invites trust, curiosity, and hope. The website reflects not just what they do, but why it matters, connecting hearts and minds to the mission of improving quality of life for people with Parkinson’s.
