Creating new experiences in photography, video & marketing through free workshops for young people
We run regular workshops for aspiring young people in collaboration with the Essex Youth Service, providing tailored workshops for free at our studio in Battlesbridge. In post workshop feedback forms, when asking the young people if they'd come to another workshop, 100% of attendees answered 'Yes'.
Work Experience
Our work experience programme for 15-18 year old provides opportunities for Essex based students to gain valuable experience at a living, breathing creative agency. With no formal video or photography qualifications, our work experience initiatives are designed to enable the young people to start their own journeys, utilising low cost and free tools available to them today.
Internship Programme
Our annual internship programme is available to Essex residents to be paired up with their university degree. The full time, paid internship programme creates the strong foundations for a career in marketing, photography and/or video production. Carbon Reduction Plan
RANCH have been committed to offsetting our Carbon through our partnership with Ecologi, preventing over 102tCO2e from being emitted through 58 verified carbon avoidance projects.
But we know that simply investing in such initiatives is not enough, we need to change the way we use energy throughout our business. So last year we published our Carbon Reduction Plan, aimed at reducing energy costs through various initiatives including solar power improvements to our studio, meat free productions and using local creatives instead of travelling long distances.
