We followed Essex County Councils Levelling up journey over 7 months of 2022 to capturing innovative schemes to help 'Level Up' the most deprived areas of the county. We visited Harlow, Tendering, Basildon, Canvey Island, Harwich, Braintree, Colchester & Jaywick as part of this exciting of programme of work across Essex.
