EE wanted to shine a spotlight on the barriers girls face when joining football—from feelings of self-doubt to social stereotypes that sport “isn’t cool.”


With the England tournament just around the corner, the brand needed a campaign that was powerful, authentic, and ready to go live fast.

Our Vision

In partnership with FREEDA Media, RANCH produced a promotional film production campaign for EE: a three-part TikTok series designed to inspire self-belief, resilience, and confidence among girls in football.


Featuring Ali (creator & host), Farah Williams (England legend), and the grassroots team Hackney Laces, the series blended professional storytelling with relatable role models—capturing the voices of women and girls shaping the game at every level.


By combining FREEDA’s cultural insight with RANCH’s sports marketing and video production expertise, the campaign balanced authenticity with brand alignment, ensuring EE’s message resonated with its audience.
