Our collaboration with EE aimed to spark a change in how girls see themselves in football. By creating fast-paced, culturally tuned TikTok content, we helped shape stories that challenged perceptions and inspired confidence.

Our Vision

In partnership with FREEDA Media, RANCH produced a promotional film production campaign for EE: a three-part TikTok series designed to inspire self-belief, resilience, and confidence among girls in football.


Featuring Ali (creator & host), Farah Williams (England legend), and the grassroots team Hackney Laces, the series blended professional storytelling with relatable role models—capturing the voices of women and girls shaping the game at every level.


By combining FREEDA’s cultural insight with RANCH’s sports marketing and video production expertise, the campaign balanced authenticity with brand alignment, ensuring EE’s message resonated with its audience.

Visual Identity


 A three-camera studio setup with bold colorama backdrops and EE-themed football props created an eye-catching, consistent aesthetic optimised for TikTok.

Each episode was crafted to tackle a barrier of self-doubt, perseverance, or perception. The result was snappy 60-second edits tailored for TikTok’s fast-paced, mobile-first audience that obtained over 500,000 impressions across socials.

With this campaign, EE didn’t just talk about breaking barriers—it showed it. Through authentic storytelling, smart social video production and rapid delivery, the series inspired a new generation of players to believe in themselves and their place on the pitch.
